For a ready home, review the title, condition, occupancy and service charges. For off-plan property, check the registered developer and project, payment schedule and the project escrow arrangements.
Compare the complete commitment
Include registration, agency and finance costs, service charges, insurance and maintenance. Obtain current written figures rather than relying on advertised returns or an indicative instalment schedule.
Complete the registration
Coordinate contract documentation, required clearances and registration through the authorised process. Mortgage eligibility and residence-visa routes have their own conditions and should be assessed separately.
